Your hearing loss is as unique as your finger print, but unlike your finger print, hearing
loss changes with time. In order for your hearing aids to be effective, each one must be
specifically programmed to your unique hearing loss at the time of purchase. It also
must have the capacity to be re-programmed quickly and easily to your subjective
listening preference during an initial adjustment period, as well as when your hearing
Before your hearing aids are sent to you, they are programmed to meet your specific
requirements. For the majority of our users, the initial program setting is the optimum
solution; however, minor adjustments may be necessary both initially and periodically
in order to achieve optimal hearing levels.
In the past, adjustments to hearing aids had to be made in an office setting - at the professional’s convenience and your expense.
Times have changed and technology has advanced, eliminating the need for countless trips back and forth for adjustments.
There are three options for adjusting your Liberty hearing aids:
Option 1 -
We adjust for you. Send the hearing aids back to us, tell us what you need, and we make the adjustments and send them back the
same day we receive them.
Option 2 -
After conferring with you by phone or email, our licensed staff will make the necessary program adjustments and will send you the
revised program via the Internet. Using the AHPRO3 Programming Kit (not included with hearing aid purchase, sold separately)
you can download the revised program to your hearing aids through our proprietary Virtual Office software.
It is as easy as sending and receiving emails.
Option 3 -
Make your own adjustments using the AHPRO3 Programming Kit (not included with hearing aid purchase, sold separately) and our
exclusive Virtual Office software. We provide all the necessary software and professional support.
Prefer the traditional route? No problem. Visit one of our retail outlets for face to face support.
