Technology Upgrade Policy: When more advanced FreedomTM technology is introduced, a prorated portion of your current hearing aids' cost can be applied toward the technology upgrade provided the new technology is compatible with your current style of instrument. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of the new technology without paying the full new instrument price. Upgrades come with a full one year warranty.
Model Change: A model change can only be made within 60 days of original purchase. You will be charged or credited the difference accordingly. There will be no model changes made after the 60 day period.
