All America Hears Vtec hearing aids come with our free Virtual Office software. Virtual Office allows you to make adjustments yourself to your hearing aids anytime of the day or night!
Online Adjustments –
If you would like, our hearing professionals can make adjustments for you through the internet. Simply call us toll-free, discuss your hearing needs and we will post an online adjustment for you. Use your Virtual Office software to download your adjustment and program your hearing aid. The entire process comes with point & click ease!
Overnight Shipping – If you would rather we take care of the entire adjustment process for you, simply place your hearing aids in one the free pre-paid shipping envelops that we provide. We will make the adjustments at our Bristol , Pennsylvania facility and overnight your hearing aids back to you. Average turn around time is only three days!
